Resources for Complainants
A Complainant is an individual who is alleged to be the victim of conduct that could constitute discrimination or harassment based on a protected class; or retaliation for engaging in a protected activity.
There are many resources on and off campus to help individuals feel supported during their time working with OCRC. Confidential resources, medical resources and international resources are available for individuals seeking an advocate or medical attention in relation to a reported incident.
What is Available to Complainants?

Possible Advisors include trained faculty and staff. To see a list of UNI-appointed Advisors and to learn more about the role of an Advisor, visit our Title IX Team web page.
